Expanding to South Reno- Renown Health Improving Health Care Services

South Reno’s Summit Mall is the new branch of Renown Health. The company is set to open a new family clinic at the Summit Mall this spring. At first, the clinic will offer primary care solutions and a laboratory, and will possibly increase its services in future. This new clinic will provide a more welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, as explained by the medical director of the firm, Dr. McCormack. There will also be a conference room in the facility where the staff can discuss health matters with patients.

Renown Health’s South Reno facility will have eleven employees. The clinic, covering 10,000 sq.ft takes three vacant storefronts, and the project was completed by the able Shaheen Beauchamp Builders LLC. Renown Health decided to extend to South Reno due to the increasing population, greater access to medical insurance, and the improved economy that necessitates the need for primary care clinics to serve the residents. The company now has twelve primary care facilities all over Carson City, Reno-Sparks, Fernley, and Fallon, with the one at Caughlin Ranch being the most recent one to be opened.
